Dry Roast Suji in Kadhai until light brown.

Soak suji in milk for ten minutes.

Heat ghee, add sugar do not stir.just wait for one or two minutes till brown bubbles appear.

Immediately simmer the heat and add suji then with masher start mixing sugar with the suji. Be careful with ghee.
When everything is evenly mixed, the ghee will separate.
Drain out extra ghee. - 5
Then mix dry fruits. Serve hot & enjoy easy & delicious dessert.
