Ingredients

  1. 250 gmCottage cheese in cubes
  2. 2medium Onionroughly chopped
  3. 2Tomato roughly chopped
  4. 8-10Cashew
  5. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  6. according to taste Salt
  7. 1 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspKasoori methi
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 2 tbspCream
  11. 1/4 cupCurd
  12. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  13. 1 tspPaneer masala
  14. 1 tspOil
  15. 2-3Cloves
  16. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add half glass water, onions and cashew in it. Boil it.

  2. 2

    After boiling strain it & grind it into a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves & cumin seeds and let them crackle.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and soute for a while.

  5. 5

    Add paste of onions and cashew & soute them for five minutes.

  6. 6

    Now add tomato puree and soute it till the oil separates.

  7. 7

    Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder, paneer masala powder in it. Mix properly.

  8. 8

    Now add beaten curd in it. Stir well.

  9. 9

    Add cheese cubes & kasuri methi in it. Cook for two minutes on low flame.

  10. 10

    Now add cream. Mix well.

  11. 11

    Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with naan or chapati
