Marinate paneer cubes (cut in your desired shape) with yogurt,kasoori methi,chaat Masala and kashmiri red chilli powder.Keep the coated paneer in refrigerator for 30 mins.

In a shallow pan on medium heat add enough oil to shallow fry marinated paneer. Once oil is hot add paneer pieces cook till paneer is golden all around

Take 4 medium size tomatoes and grind them in a mixer.

Take large tawa and add oil,jeera carom seeds and hung.

Saute till cumin seeds starts to crackle

Now add onions and cook till they are translucent

Add ginger,garlic pasta,green chillies and saute till the raw aroma of ginger disappears.

Now add grinded tomatoes and salt mix everything well

Cook this mixture till it gets thick in consistency and is not watery.tomatoes should be cooked properly

Now add the dry spices coriander powder,haldi,kashmiri red chilli and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes

Add water and cook for 3 mins

Now add pan fried paneer mix gently. It's ready

Add garam masala and mix well
