Ingredients

  • For Hariyali masala you need puree of
  • 1 bunchpalak blanched
  • 1 cupcoriander
  • 6green chillies
  • 2 tbspkasuri methi
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 kgChicken
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 bowlBriyani rice cooked
  • Salt
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • dropsFew colur
  • 1 tbspghee or oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add palak puree in it. Saute it just for few minutes. Then add thick curd in it with garam masala and salt and let it cook for 3-4 minute on low.

  2. 2

    Now add cooked chicken pieces in it. (just sauted it in butter and black pepper) and mix it with mixture.

  3. 3

    Take this mixture in microwave bowl. Layer it with rice and cook it there for 3 minutes sharp. Add few drops of colour if you like. Serve it with koshimbir (see previous recipes).
