  • 2light digestive biscuits
  • 1large cup light yogurt
  • 4 packetslight sugar
  • Light jam or unsweetened cocoa or a dash of vanilla and a tablespoon of honey or banana or to your taste

    For the first layer, crush the biscuits

  2. 2

    For the second layer, mix the yogurt with 2 packets of light sugar

  3. 3

    For the third layer, mix yogurt with 2 packets of light sugar and any flavor from above 👆
