Preheat oven to 425 and grease pizza pan or cookie sheet

Combine 2 cups pancake mix, 1/2 cup water, and 1/4 cup olive oil in large bowl. Mix with fork until soft, sticky dough

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of flour onto clean, dry surface. Knead the dough for a minute or two. Covert with a clean dish cloth and let stand for five minutes

Shape the dough into a flat circle or rectangle. Place the dough on the pan or cookie sheet and press flat

Place pizza pan in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until crust starts to brown
- 6
Remove crust and top with pizza sauce and other ingredients of your choice. Place pizza back in the oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese its completely melted and crust is golden brown
