  1. 500 gred cow meat
  2. 500 gcow skin
  3. 500 gcow shaki
  4. 1onion
  5. 1knorr cube
  6. 100 gUgwu fluted pumpkin
  7. 100 gpalmoil
  8. 3milk cups of egusi
  9. 50 gcrayfish
  10. 10cameroun pepper
  11. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Wash and cut all the meat types into bits. Add salt and cut up the onion and place on heat for about 45mins till soft

  2. 2

    Cut up ugwu into bits. Add palmoil then egusi blended mixture of pepper egusi and egusi

  3. 3

    Allow to simmer and serve
