Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 325°

place and season roast in a 9x12 Pan
- 3
cook roast for approx. 3 hrs
- 4
cut 5-6 medium potatoes- add to pan
- 5
add package of baby carrots
- 6
cook for 1 additional hr.

Roast Potatoes Roast Potatoes
This makes 4 hotel pans of roast potatoes. Can be three. Start two pots of water boiling on stove and preheat convection oven to 400F and regular oven to 450F. It also works well to do this same recipe but put the potatoes in a single layer on a sheet tray. In a single layer you can get away with a hotter oven.
