Steps

Sieve flour with salt,add yeast,sugar mix well.Add water& knead to make a soft dough.Knead fr 10 mins by adding butter at regular intervals

Keep the dough in a big greased bowl,cover the dough with cling flim or wet cloth.Keep this in a warm place fr 45 mins or till double in size

Remove the dough & knead gently removing the bubbles. Now make 8 parts.Shape them into pav,place on a greased baking dish. Cover with a wet cloth & allow it to rise fr 10 - 15 mins or till it's double in size.

Pre heat the oven @ 200°C. Milk brush the dough & place it on the middle rack and bake fr 20 -30 mins

Remove & cool on a wire rack. Apply butter

After 10 mins remove from the dish & njoy the freshly baked pav

I have doubled the recipe fr making 16 pav as in the pic
