Besan ladoo
Steps

Heat ghee in deep pan and add besan and cook it on low flame
Fry it till it turns it colour and leaves ghee - 2
Add cardamom and almond crush and mix it well
Let it cool down completely and then mix sugar to it - 3
Now make small size of ladoo and place them in plate and let them set down before you store them in jar
