Jab masala oil chod de to esmein uble hue channe daalen aur paneer bhi daal kar milaye. Aur thora sa hara dhaniya daalen Aur mix kar ke pakka ye. Flame dheema hi rakhna hai.

Esmein 1/2 cup pani daalen aur pakayen rahen. 5 se 6 minutes tak pakayen. Aur chanaMasala ready hai. Ab uper se hara dhaniya aur garam masala daalen aur serve karein.
