Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabut udah dal soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cuprajmah soaked overnight
  • CupSabut moong soaked overnight
  • 2Tomato puree
  • 2 tea spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1small Green chilli chopped
  • 1 table spoonOil
  • 1 tea spoonbutter
  • 1 tea spooncream for garnishing
  • Fresh corriender for garnishing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tea spoonJeera
  • 1/2 tea spoonRed Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonhing
  • 1/4 tea spoonhaldi
  • 1/2 tea spoonDhania powder
  • 1/2bhuna Jeera powder
  • 1/4Garam masala
  • 1 tea spoondal makhni masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take cooker..pour water and pulses..add salt and then Boil all 3 pulses together..

  2. 2

    Take a big woke.. Put oil.. Heat.. Then add Hing Jeera onion.. Ginger garlic paste. green Chilli.. And Cook..then add tomato puree.. And all spices. Add little water and cook for 5 mins.

    At last add boiled pulses (udah dal,rajmah, Sabut moong)

  4. 4

    Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins

    Garnish with fresh corriender leaves and cream
