Fry sliced potatoes and arvi till golden brown

Take oil in kadai, jeera, hing, chopped onion saute till golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and little water

Cover it for some time

Add fried potatoes and arvi and little red chilli sauce

Mix it well and cover for 5 minutes

Garnish with green coriander leaves

Alu arvi chatpata ready to eat
