Cooking Instructions

Heat a pan add grated carrot in it saute at low flame for 1-2minutes

Add milk in it and cook,till milk get reduced to half
- 3
Stir occasionally,add cardamom powder and seffron strends to it
- 4
Add sugar mix well
- 5
Add almonds and pistachio to it
- 6
As milk gets completely reduced switch off the flame
- 7
Ready to serve
