Ingredients

  1. grated carror/gajar1cup
  2. 3 cupsmilk
  3. sugar as per taste
  4. 1/2 tspcardmom powder
  5. 6-7seffron strends
  6. 1 tbspchopped almonds
  7. 1 tbspchopped pistachio

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add grated carrot in it saute at low flame for 1-2minutes

  2. 2

    Add milk in it and cook,till milk get reduced to half

  3. 3

    Stir occasionally,add cardamom powder and seffron strends to it

  4. 4

    Add sugar mix well

  5. 5

    Add almonds and pistachio to it

  6. 6

    As milk gets completely reduced switch off the flame

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
