Take semolina and all purpose flour, add ghee rub and mix flour and semolina.

Now add sugar and salt mix well.

Add vanilla essence now make dough adding little milk.

Take small balls from the dough, give ovel shape take fork and keep it on top of fork press lightly and roll.

Heat oil in wok and deep fry all till it turn brown.
Take out in absorbing paper and sprinkle powdered sugar
