  • 1 tablespoonshio konbu

Steps

    Steam cauliflower lightly and break into small pieces.

    Mix with shio konbu

  3. 3

    When cooled, transfer to fridge.

  4. 4

    This is what shio konbu looks like. Sometimes spelt shio kombu.
