Ingredients

  • 1 cupQuinoa
  • 2 cupWater
  • 2 tspOlive oil
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1Carrot chopped
  • 9-10 sticksBeans chopped
  • 2 tspPaneer chopped
  • 4 tbspBoiled corn
  • 1/2Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    To boil quinoa..

    Boiled quinoa(soak for 5 min. Now add 1 cup quinoa 2 cup water..salt.. haldi..cover it for 15-20 min.)

  2. 2

    For tadka
    Take a kadai add oil and chopped onion saute for 2 min.

  3. 3

    Now add all the veggies saute for 5 min.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled quinoa saute for a min. And serve hot..
