Sab se pahle pasta ko boil karenge. Aur boiling water main thoda salt bhi add kar denge.

Meantime hum white sauce bana lenge. Is liye liye butter melt kar ke flour ko mix karenge aur slow flame par rosy karenge mind it ki flour ka colour change na ho then Milk add karenge aur achhe se chalate hue boil kar lenge. Then moti Wali chalni se chhan lengeto avoiding lumps.

Ek pan main oil garam karenge chhoped ginger garlic and onion mix karenge aur fry hone denge

Then diced red yellow aur green capsicum mix karenge. Sauté them.

Boiled pasta mix karenge.(pani ko drain kar ke)

Salt and pepper add karein. Chilli flacks aur oregano mix karenge

Ab white sauce add karenge. Mix well and add the cheese in last

Off the flame. Serve hot
