Ingredients

  • 2 cupsgrinded Roti's
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 1/4cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • 10nos raisins
  • 1 tablespoonsalmonds powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat  ghee in wok
    Add cardamom powder and jaggery after few seconds when jaggery starts melting add grind roti, almonds and raisins.

  2. 2

    Let cool them on room temperature.

  3. 3

    Make laddo and refrigerate it for 1 hour
