Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 1 cup. Finally chopped Fenugreek leaves one cup
  • 1 cup. Curd one cup
  • 1 cup. Semolina one cup
  • 1/2 cup. Dry roast oats half cup
  • . Salt according to taste
  • 1tsp. Red chilli powder one teaspoon
  • 2. Finally chopped green chilli two
  • 1tsp. Chat masala one teaspoon
  • . Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the samolina in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add fenugreek leaves, oats, salt and pepper, curd, semolina, green chilli and chat masala in it. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Divide the mixture in to equal portions.

  4. 4

    Roll the mixture in cylindrical shape or whatever you want.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan.

  6. 6

    Deep fry it till it become golden and crispy.

  7. 7

    Drain it on absorbent paper.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
