Oats methi roll is a crisp as well as soft healthy snack recipe. It is made with fenugreek leaves (methi) combined with oats, semolina and curd. It is also good for diabetic patients & easy to digest.

Oats methi roll is a crisp as well as soft healthy snack recipe. It is made with fenugreek leaves (methi) combined with oats, semolina and curd. It is also good for diabetic patients & easy to digest.
Steps

Sieve the samolina in a bowl.

Add fenugreek leaves, oats, salt and pepper, curd, semolina, green chilli and chat masala in it. Mix well.

Divide the mixture in to equal portions.

Roll the mixture in cylindrical shape or whatever you want.

Heat oil in a pan.
- 6
Deep fry it till it become golden and crispy.
- 7
Drain it on absorbent paper.
- 8
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
