first and most wash hands!!!! cut your ribs length wise than season each with your monteral, salt and pepper. place in a large skillet over med/low heat. add your water an cover ribs with bbq sauce cover and cook for about 20 / 25 minutes. check often make sure the waters not gone. while you wait in a medium sauce pan combine your sliced shroomz onion an green pepper with 1/4 cup ov water. simmer for 10. about 5 minutes before your ribs are done drain your mushroom mix into your rib pan. continue simmering for 3 more minutes. a sauce will b created. place your ribs on a dish an pour your sauce atop. fried potatos and ribs de la mushroom is a perfect dinner for you and your family!!
