Take frozen lima beans and mix in a bowl with fresh parsley and some olive oil, season with salt and pepper

Take mixture and place in center of piece of foil, in the middle

Place piece of cod on top and season eith salt and pepper and add a few tbs of white wine

Close up foil into a packet and seal and lift up edges to keep juices inside, repeat with other pieces of cod

Bake in oven at 375 for 20 min
