  • 2 piecesfish fillet
  • 0.5 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tspGround black pepper
  • 0.5 tspSalt
  • enough for deep fryingOil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix flour, black pepper, and salt.

  2. 2

    Add slices fish fillet pieces and coat them well with the flour mixture.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

  4. 4

    Fry the coated fish fillet pieces until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Tips

For extra crunch, consider double-coating the chicken.
