Add 2 mugs of water to a sufuria and let it boil.

Add rice to the boiled water and regulate heat until the rice is ready to serve.

Add chopped onions,garlic cooking oil to another sufuria and wait until they r golden brown.

Add chopped liver and wait for like 5 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and hoho.

Wait until they are ready and serve when hot.
