Take a bowl add besan..citric acid..haldi..water..make a batter..

Take a kadayi put 2 glass of water..take a container in which batter will b placed.. cover it in steam for 15 min

After cooling down take out from the container..

Take a pan add oil..rai..green chilli..sugar..salt..water.. boil it for while.. spread it on dhokla..

Dhokla ready to eat.
