Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbaby potatoes (boiled and peeled)
  2. 1&1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  3. 1 cupfresh coriander leaves
  4. 5nos green chillies
  5. 15nos garlic pods
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 2 tablespoonscurd
  8. 1 teaspoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan n roast garlic till it turn brown.

  2. 2

    Take this ingredients in mixi n grind into fine paste (mint, coriander, chilies, garlic, ginger and salt) water 2 to 3 tablespoons if required.

  3. 3

    Add curd in chutney n whish till curd mixed in it.

  4. 4

    In a bowl take potatoes n pour chutney on all potatoes n mix it well.

  5. 5

    Ready to eat.

    Suggestion:- in other bowl I always soak kokam for 15minutes n mash them with hand coz wanna dip mint potatoes in it while eating
