preheat oven to 300 in convection roast mode

take a 9 x 13 baking pan or roaster spray bottom & sides with non stick cooking spray

place your pork loin in the center of pan fat side down.

cut cabbage head into quarters and remove core pieces. Take each quarter and slice into 1/2" ribbons.

arrange sliced cabbage around the loin. reserve enough cabbage to cover the loin later.

take the Mascot wine and drizzle it over the loin and cabbage reserving about 1tbs for the reserved cabbage.

take the Liptons Savory Herb and dust the cabbage and loin. Reserve enough Liptons to dust the reserved cabbage.

after dusting loin and cabbage finish covering the loin with reserved cabbage. then drizzle with reserved Mascot and dust with reserved Lip tons.
