In a resealable plastic bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, paprika, and garlic salt. Dip half the chicken strips in egg, place in bag of Bisquick mixture. Seal bag and coat. Place chicken on plate/platter. Repeat using remaining chicken.

Place chicken in fryer/skillet and cook at 360 for 3 minutes. Remove at once.

When cooled, place cooked chicken tenders as a single layer in a baking dish (e.g., Pyrex). Pour sauce over chicken. Bake one hour at 325. Turn chicken strips after 1/2 hour.
