Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gmSuji
  2. 100gmCurd
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspRai
  5. 2Green chillies chopped
  6. 2 tablespoonMoong sprouts
  7. 1 teaspoonEno
  8. Oil for tadka

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Suji and curd in a bowl. Allow it to rest for 20min.

  2. 2

    Prepare tadka mean while by heating oil in a pan.when it is hot add Rai and green chilies.

  3. 3

    Add tadka to the Suji mixture. Add salt and sprouts. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Now at last add Eno and a few drops of water and stir it for 1/2min.

  5. 5

    Grease a glass tray and pour the mixture into it

    Keep it in microwave at 900W for 4min.

    Take it out and serve hot with chutney or sauce
