  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1red onipn peeled and chopped
  • 2garlic cloves peeled and chopped
  • 1/2green pepper deseeded and chopped
  • 1courgette chopped
  • 12 ozpotatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4strands saffron
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 150 mldry white wine
  • 14 ozcan chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbspfresh basil
  • 1 lbwhite fish fillets skinned and cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • 8 ozraw prawns peeled
  • 1salt and freshly ground pepper
