Ingredients

  • 250 gmBesan
  • 100 gmDahi
  • 100 gmSuji
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 table spoonSugar
  • 1 table spoonHaldi
  • 1/2 table spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1-2Green chilli chopped
  • 1 table spoonEno
  • 1-2 table spoonOil
  • 1/2 table spoonRai
  • 1/2 Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix basan dahi and suji and wait for 2 hours after 2hours.Then mixed salt,haldi,red chilli powder,sugar

  2. 2

    Grease plate with oil & add this above mixture in that plate& add eno over the mixture put it into steam maker for 10 to 15 mins

  3. 3

    Take out the plate & cut it into piece's.Take a pan add oil add few mustard seeds let it crackle add green chilli & one cup of water in tadaka add 1/2 spoon sugar boil it for 1 to 2 min.

  4. 4

    Garnish khamad plate with the tadaka. serve it with pudina chutney
