Tomato, Basil, Parmesan Gnocchi

Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsGnocchi
  2. 1Parmesan Cheese
  3. 1 canChopped tomatoes
  4. 1Green, Yellow, Red bell pepper
  5. 1 cloveGarlic
  6. 1 packagesBasil
  7. 1/2Red Onion
  8. 350 gramsPasta Sauce
  9. 3 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Chop peppers, basil & onion

  2. 2

    Boil saucepan of water then add Gnocchi, then heat on medium for 6 mins

  3. 3

    Add olive oil to pan on medium heat add garlic, peppers & onion. stir well for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Drain gnocchi, return to saucepan & add pasta sauce, stir well.

  5. 5

    Serve Gnocchi to plate, top with peppers, basil, onions. Sprinkle with parmesan chesse
