Coconut Chutney for Idli dosa

In a mixer jar add chopped fresh coconut, chopped Coriander, green chillies and Curd.

Grind the Chutney till smooth.Add little water if required.

Transfer the Chutney in a bowl.Add salt to taste.

Now in a small bowl add oil for tempering. Heat the oil.

Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal and dry red chillies.when the mustard seeds starts sputtering add the tempering to the Chutney and mix well.

Serve this yummy coconut Chutney with Idli, dosa and Uttapam.
