Wash your potatoes thoroughly.

Prepare your seasoning dip. Put all the spice in a bowl add some oil.

Slice your potatoes into wedges and dip them in the seasoning.

Butter your baking tray and line your potatoes

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 f/180 degrees.

Remove the potatoes add shredded mozarella and return to bake till the potatoes are fully cooked.

For the veges. Slice them add to a sufuria add water and salt. Boil for about 5 minutes and drain off excess water.

Fry your onion add the veges fry for 5 minutes set aside.
