this is a 2 part layered poke so start by cutting all the food ingredients and get 2 mixing bowls

part 1: in 1 bowl mix the sesame oil, shoyu, hawaiian salt, pepper flakes and the somen sauce and mix together to taste. then add in the ahi tuna, (1/2 the red onion, green onion, and the ginger) and toss together gently.

part 2: in the 2nd bowl put the diced avocado, chinese parsley, red bell pepper, and the rest of the ginger, red onion, and green onion then squeez in the lime juice and add the sweet chili thai sauce. toss together gentely

in a bowl, layer the poke then the avocado and then one more layer of the poke. cover and refrigerate for about 1hour to chili and enjoy.

you can also enjoy the poke with fried wonton chips, furikaki chips, or taro chips
