Ingredients

10 Garlic -cloves
1Onion -
1Tomato -
2,3Green chilli -
4,5Dry red chilli -
To tasteRed chilli powder
To tasteSalt
as neededOil
1 tspJeera
1 tspCoriander powder

Steps

Take some oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic, tomato, onion and green chilli.

Make some paste by mixing all the ingredients in the above mixture.

Now put some ghee in a pan and saute the above paste for 15 min untill the ghee appears above.

Garlic chutney is ready.
