Ingredients

  1. Linguiça either spicy or mild - sliced in angles
  2. 1Large onion sliced in circles
  3. 1/2of a Green Pepper sliced
  4. 1Red Pepper sliced
  5. to tasteGarlic powder
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil or vegetable oil
  7. 1 cupor white wine or beer
  8. 1small can of tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a pan. Cover and cook on medium heat 20 - 30 minutes. Stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick.
