Ingredients

  1. 500 gmPaneer-
  2. 2 Capsicum-
  3. -2 Onion
  4. 2Green chilli- (finely chopped)
  5. 1/2"Ginger - (finely chopped)
  6. 1 inchGarlic- finely chopped
  7. 2 teaspoonTomato sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonSoya Sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder-
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonSugar-

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetable into small pieces.Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic,ginger,green chilli.Fry it. Add onion,capsicum.Fry it.Add tomato sauce,soya sauce,salt,black pepper powder,sugar.Saute it.Add paneer and sauté it.Mix it well. Serve hot with nan or paratha.....
