Place potatoes, in single layer, in large shallow baking dish; drizzle with oil. Roast, uncovered about 20 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.

Make blue cheese dressing.

Cook steaks on heated oiled grill or grill pan until browned on both sides and cooked as desired. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.

Boil, steam, or microwave beans until just tender, drain.

Slice steak thinly. combine steak, beans, and potatoes in large bowl with tomatoes and arugula, drizzle with blue cheese dressing; toss gently to combine.

BLUE CHEESE DRESSING: Whisk together olive oil, garlic, orange juice, and blue cheese.
