Soak wheat in enough water for at least 6 - 8 hours

After 8 hours wash it properly and put in the pressure cooker with little water

Cook on high flame for one whistle

After one whistle make the gas slow

Let it cook on low heat for 15 -20 minutes

Then switch off the gas and let it cool down

When the cooker completely cools down then strain the wheat in a big strainer

Let it cool down completely

Chopped cucumber, pineapple, apple and capsicum are ready

The cooked wheat and dressing ingredients

Mix properly honey, oregano, Chilli flakes, salt, pepper and lime juice in a bowl, the dressing is ready

In a big bowl put together wheat, capsicum, cucumber, pineapple, apple and dressing, and mix properly but gently

Before serving add grated coconut, pomegranate and coriander

You can add any fruits and vegetables in this salad, whatever is available
