Ingredients

6boil potatoes
1/4 tspcumin seeds
1/4 tsp red chilli
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
some curry patta
salt to taste
4 tsp oil

Put oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds and curry patta

Splutter them

Add potato dices

Put salt.red chilli and stir well

Cover for 5 minutes and simmer it

Now add dry mango powdee and stir well

Serve with hot chapati.
