In a bowl mix besan, rawa, oil, and curd. Leave for 10 min.

Then add salt, turmeric,ginger, chopped 2-3 chillies,&1/2cup water.mix.

Keep cooker with water to Boil.In above mixture add eno &tsp water & mix & immediately transfer in greased plate,& keep in cooker to steam for 10-15 min.

Make tadka.....Heat oil, add mustard, curry leaves, green chilli, sugar&1/2cup water.

When it is done remove dhokla &pour the water, garnish with coriander leaves & grated coconut.
