This is the best way to use overcooked basmati rice which was supposed to be used for biriyani, but couldn't use since it was overcooked ( experience :p). But trust me... It's yummyyyy....!!

This is the best way to use overcooked basmati rice which was supposed to be used for biriyani, but couldn't use since it was overcooked ( experience :p). But trust me... It's yummyyyy....!!
Steps

Boil 2 cups of milk.

When the milk is boiled, add the overcooked basmati rice and stir continuosly for 2 minutes.

To this, add sugar and elaichi powder.

To the rest half cup of milk, mix the custard powder and add it to the kheer and stir it for 5 minutes. And add little ghee to it.

You can either serve it warm with the crushed badam and pistachios as garnish. Or freeze it for an hour or two and serve it as pudding.
