Steps

Dry roast the coriander seeds and red chillies. Grind to fine powder after it cools.

In a small frying pan, crisp up the paneer cubes using 2 tbsp of oil and keep aside.

In a kadai (frying pan), add some oil and sauté the ginger,garlic,green chilli and onions till golden brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté till tomatoes become nice and soft.

Add required amount of salt and add the ground up spice mix (coriander seeds and red chillies)

Add a little water and sauté till the oil slowly separates from the mixture.

Add the capsicum julienne and sauté for few minutes.

Add the garam masala powder and add the fried paneer cubes and cook for a couple of minutes.
Finally, add the coriander leaves and serve the dish with warm naans or rotis.
