Cook cous cous according to package instructions. I cook it in the microwave with 1/2 cup water and butter or ghee or olive oil (they all work) for 1:20

Add veggies, goat cheese, and flax seeds.

Add your dressing. I do 1 part olive oil and 1 part vinegar. For this I use either balsamic vinegar, white balsamic, or Apple cider vinegar.

Combine and eat
