Crust

1 tbspBaking Powder
1 largeEgg
1 tspBrown Sugar
1 lbLard
2/3 cupWater
1 smallPumkin Cookie Cutter

Preheat Oven 400*F

Cut lard into chunks..Add dry ingrediants

In seperate bowl mix eggs water

Add eggs an water to dry ingrediants

Do not mix with hands !!

Or Crust will not be flaky

Flour work surface...Flatten..Add to Pie tin ..

Add filling to Crust

Cut out Pumkin and add to the center of your pie ;)

Glaze Crust with egg to brown.

Bake 45 minutes or untill golden brown ;)
