Polish sausage in a cheese sauce

Boil water, then add noodles and chopped sausage. Boil until noodles are cooked

In a large pan on high heat, melt 1/2 stick of butter

While whisking, add 1/4 cup of flour, then add 1 cup of milk.

Whisk until thick, then reduce heat to medium

Add both bags of cheese and whisk until well mixed

Add a pinch of salt and pepper as desired.

When noodles and sausage are done, strain and add to cheese sauce.
