Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour and salt together.

Then rub the butter in until its like breadcrumbs.

Stir in the cheese and then slowly add the milk. Then stir.

TOP TIP: If your mixtures moist the finished result will be more moist. If its dry then the finished result will be dry.

Preheat the oven to gas mark 7 or 220°C. Now knead and form into balls (remember they will rise)

Brush the tops with a little milk.

Put them in the oven for 12-15 mins

Allow to cool then ENJOY.
