Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tbsOil/ butter
  2. 1bay leaf
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1/2 Carrot chopped
  5. 1 tspGarlic ginger chopped
  6. 12Tomatoes chopped
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1potato
  10. 1/2 tspsugar
  11. 2 glasswater
  12. 3amla
  13. 1small beetrot
  14. 1 tsplemon juice
  15. 1/2 cupCroutons

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a cooker butter add bay leaf carrot onion ginger garlic saute 5 minute.add potato amla beetroot tomatoes salt water cook for sometime.when it cools down grind it in a mixer and sieve it.in a cooker and now sugar lemon juice to add.
    Hot hot tomato soup is ready.
