Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgcarrots
  • 1 tspMustard seeds (Rai ka Koriya /Dal)
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Heat mustard oil. Once it smoke. Turn off gas. Add it in carrots.
